Are you going to expand your collection?
Hell yeah! We will certainly expand our collection. We will be releasing more colors, socks for specific sports, neat socks for under your suit, socks that are one of a kind and so on.
How to find your right size?
Do not worry. We supply our Parapatas in two sizes. However, we will expand our collection in the future. For some Parapatas we will offer different sizes.
Your Parapata is out of stock. What now?
Stressful situation of course. But don't worry, just order them. They will be back in stock within a few weeks and we will send them to you.
Where can I find the code for the cryptocurrency?
That's very simple. You must have the label, the Parapata crypto coin image, thats is on your socks. The email you receive after you have ordered contains an order number. Combine these and you have your access to your coin. We can ask for confirmation where we want to see both the code and the label.
When will the Parapata crypto be launched?
As quickly as possible! But first we have to sell a lot of Parapatas, with this we can determine the value of the coin. The more socks sold, the more the coin is worth. The purpose of the coin is to serve as a means of payment. So pay for your socks with our own cryptocurrency.

How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible.
If the item is damaged, please return it to us.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Of course! You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary and the shipping address.
I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?
Unfortunately we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss the solutions.

What are the shipping costs?/ Delivery time?
Buy 2 or more pairs of Parapata socks, and enjoy free shipping! Within Europe, the shipping cost is €6.99. For the rest of the world, it’s €9.
Parapata orders are sent out with DHL or FedEX couriers. A tracking number from Parapata is supplied 24hrs after the order is processed dispatched from our warehouse via email.

To which countries do you ship? We deliver worldwide.
How can I track my order? As soon as your package is shipped we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can find the status of your order and if necessary provide the delivery service with additional instructions.
I have not received my order, what should I do? Sorry to hear! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day your order will be sent. Here you will receive an email with a track and trace to follow the package.
